What you need to know before your first visit
Register online
Every visitor must register on the website www.woop.fun before their visit. This must be done by each individual. For those under 15 years of age, this must be arranged by the parents or legal guardians. If you have already visited a WOOP! site and registered, you do not need to register again. Registration is a one-time process and applies to all WOOP! locations.
Signing the Liability Waiver
All visitors must read and sign a Liability Waiver the first time they visit any WOOP! location. By signing the waiver, visitors confirm that they understand all potential risks and agree to the health and safety rules for all WOOP! locations. For children under 15 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Liability Waiver.

Buy your ticket online
Book attraction of your choice on our WOOP! website to guarantee your visit on the chosen date. Buying tickets online is fast, safe and easy. You can buy the tickets for yourself, your family members or friends. You can visit us without a reservation and make all the arrangements at the reception.
Wait for your session
When you buy your ticket, we will inform you about your arrival and the sessions you have booked. If you have purchased your ticket online, please arrive at reception at least 30 minutes before your session starts. Priority for processing is given to visitors who have already purchased tickets.
Clothing, footwear and compulsory equipment
Comfortable, light sports clothing and footwear that allows easy movement is recommended for visiting the attractions. Equipment required for each attraction:
- WOOP! wristband / card is required for entry to any WOOP! attraction. Every visitor needs one. The WOOP! wristband/card is available at the reception of the attraction you are visiting for an additional fee of € 2.5, either physically on site or online. This is a one-off purchase, as the wristband/card remains in your possession and can be used again on future visits.
- WOOP! Fun park and WOOP! Izziv: the use of WOOP! non-slip socks is compulsory and can be obtained at reception for an additional fee of € 2.5 physically on site or online. The socks remain your property and can be used on future visits.
- Karting: closed sports footwear is compulsory. Each driver must use a hygienic balaclava. The balaclava is available at the WOOP! karting reception for an additional fee of € 2,5 physically on site or online. The balaclava remains yours to use on future visits.
- Bowling: bowling shoes must be rented and are available at reception for an additional fee of € 1.5, either physically on site or online. Rental is charged per visit.
Staff and animators
Our team will ensure strict compliance with the safety measures and the safety of all visitors and staff. All visitors must follow the instructions and guidelines of the WOOP! staff when carrying out each activity.
