What you need to know before your first visit
1. Register online
Every visitor must register on our website before their first visit. Each visitor registers individually. For children under 15, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you have already visited any Slovenian WOOP! location and registered there, you do not need to register again. Registration is completed only once and is valid at all Slovenian WOOP! locations.
2. Sign the liability waiver
All visitors must read and sign the liability waiver when entering any WOOP! location for the first time. By signing the waiver, visitors confirm that they understand all potential risks and agree to the safety and health rules that apply at all WOOP! locations. For children under 15, the liability waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Buy your ticket online
Book your chosen attraction on the WOOP! website to secure your preferred time slot. Buying your ticket online is quick, safe, and easy. You can purchase tickets for yourself, your family members, or friends. You can also visit us without a reservation and arrange everything at reception, but we can’t guarantee a time slot without an online reservation.
4. Wait for your time slot
When you purchase your ticket, we will provide you with all the information you need about your arrival and reserved time slot. If you bought your ticket online, please check in at reception at least 30 minutes before your time slot. Visitors who already have tickets will be given priority.
Clothing, footwear and required equipment.
For our attractions, we recommend comfortable, lightweight sports clothing and footwear that allow you to move freely. The following equipment is required for each attraction:
- WOOP! wristband or card is required to enter any WOOP! attraction. Every visitor needs one. You can get your WOOP! wristband/card at the reception of the attraction you are visiting for an additional 2.50 €, either on site or online. It is a one-time purchase: the wristband/card is yours to keep and can be reused on future visits.
- Fun park: WOOP! non-slip socks are required. You can get them at reception for an additional 2.50 €, either on site or online. The socks are yours to keep and can be reused on future visits.
- Karting: Closed sports shoes are required. Every driver must also wear a hygiene balaclava. You can get one at the WOOP! Karting reception for an additional 2.50 €, either on site or online. The balaclava is yours to keep and can be reused on future visits.
- Bowling shoes must be rented. You can get them at reception for an additional 1.50 €, either on site or online. The rental fee applies per visit.
- Mini golf: you enter the mini golf course in socks – either your own or WOOP! socks, which you can purchase at the WOOP! Karting reception.
Staff and activity hosts
Our team makes sure that all safety measures are consistently followed to protect both visitors and employees. When taking part in any activity, all visitors must carefully follow the instructions and guidelines provided by WOOP! staff.
