Don’t worry if you are not familiar with a trampoline park and you have no idea what you could do here. We’ll show you around. 🤗 There are 12 different stations in the park. You and your friends can play dodgeball, jump on a big bag, compete on a slackline rope and much more. There’s something for everyone.

Mini WOOP!

For the youngest visitors we have set up a Mini WOOP! playroom. Children can experience the world of trampolining for themselves, while parents can watch their little ones play nearby. The playroom is designed for children from 1 to 3 years.

Why trampolines

Trampolining is one of the most effective sports activities!
According to NASA, “repetitive motion on a trampoline is the most effective form of exercise designed by man”. Trampolining is exercise that strengthens muscles and improves coordination.
We leave nothing to chance. We ensure maximum safety with every jump.

Although trampolining provides an intense workout for muscles and bones, the trampoline mat absorbs 80% of the impact on landing. Unlike running or playing tennis, trampolining gives your body an all-round workout while reducing the risk of joint injuries, especially to the ankles and knees. This is particularly beneficial for people who are in the process of rehabilitation.

Coordination

Bouncing on a trampoline increases your sense of balance and coordination. Learn to coordinate your arms and legs as you bounce and adjust your body position accordingly. Improved coordination and fine motor skills can help in other sports that require general coordination.

A NASA study found that 10 minutes of trampolining is better cardiovascular exercise than 33 minutes of running. WOOP! Trampoline park is located in BTC Ljubljana.
We are located in the BTC in Ljubljana, opposite the Kia and Volvo Centre. You can’t miss it, as we have a big WOOP! sign on the building. We offer free parking for all our visitors, right next to the park. 😊
