General Terms and Conditions of Participation

General Terms and Conditions for the WOOP! summer holidays of TPLJ d.o.o.

1. General

1.1 Implementation

These General Terms and Conditions form part of the contract for the implementation of the Summer Holidays between the Supplier, TPLJ d.o.o. (in hereinafter referred to as ‘the Supplier’) and the natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Customer’) who accepts the Supplier’s summer holiday offer. The Customer is the parent/guardian of the child who will participate in the WOOP! summer holidays.

The Supplier of the WOOP! summer holidays, which is the subject of these General Terms and Conditions, is the company TPLJ d.o.o., Leskoškova cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Tax number: SI 69767513, Registration number: 7272618000.

1.2 Prices for services and products are in euros (€) inclusive of VAT, except where otherwise specified

Prices and benefits on the date of submission of the online application form applicable. Payment is possible by prepayment on the company’s TRR or at the WOOP! Fun Park reception. After payment has been made, the customer will receive the original invoice, which will be used as a receipt for participation in the WOOP! summer holidays.

Rights under the Consumer Protection Act

By clicking on “BOOK A DATE”, the subscriber authorises the Supplier, for the purpose of fulfilling or exercising the contractual and direct marketing rights, to establish, maintain and operate the personal data of the Customer for an unlimited period of time. The Supplier shall ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

The Supplier reserves the right to commercially use the photographs and video content on which, at the time of WOOP! summer holidays the Customer appears in. If the Customer does not give permission, he must only do so in writing to to akademija@woop.fun.

The Customer may cancel his/her participation in the WOOP! Summer Holidays within 15 days of the date of registration, in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, in writing by e-mail to akademija@woop.fun or by registered mail to the Supplier’s registered office.

1.3 Confirmation of order

By clicking on “BOOK A DATE”, the Supplier shall receive a booking for the selected date and shall notify the Customer in writing of the booking within 48 hours. The Supplier’s reply to the receipt of the application and the reading of the email from the Supplier, the Supplier and the Customer shall conclude the contract. For further questions or problems, the Supplier may always contact the Customer by e-mail at address of the Supplier, akademija@woop.fun.

The Customer is obliged to point out at the time of registration any medical specificities of the child regarding diets or other physical or mobility limitations which would prevent the child from performing the specified programmes or specific parts of the programme.

The Supplier will endeavour to respond within 48 hours of receipt of a specific request or question, however, in the event of an increase in the volume of requests received or other unforeseen cicumstances the Supplier reserves the right to respond after the expiry of that time limit.

By submitting a booking, the contracting authority confirms that it accepts and is fully aware of the General Conditionsthe general terms and conditions of participation.

2. WOOP! Summer holidays

2.1 Price and payment

The Customer undertakes, upon registration and confirmation of the booking, to make payment by the due date specified on the invoice received at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. The invoice can be pain to the Supplier’s TRR or the Customer can make payment at the reception of Fun Park WOOP!, Leskoškova cesta 3, 1000 Ljubljana.

For natural persons, the Supplier will issue an invoice after payment of the invoice. For legal persons, the Supplier shall issue an invoice after the service has been provided (after the WOOP! summer holiday programme).

The promotional price of €225 for the WOOP! summer holidays applies to all registrations and advance payments up to 31.5.2024.

From 1.6.2024 onwards, the regular price of €250 applies.

The price for the three-day programme from 26.6.2024 to 28.6.2024 is 155€.

For the weekly programme from 12.8.2024 to 16.8.2024, there is no day care on 15.8.2024. The price for this weekly programme is discounted by 15%. The discount laso applies exceptionally to the promotional offer price.

Upon receipt of the invoice, the Customer pays a deposit of € 50 to confirm the booking of the date.

The balance of the final amount is payable no later than 7 days before the booked date.

The price of day care is 55€.

If two or more siblings are registered, the Customer receives a 5% discount. When registering for more weekly programmes of WOOP! summer holidays, a 5% discount will be applied to the second and any subsequent bookings. Discounts cannot be applied to day care programmes.

Discounts are not valid during the promotional price period. Discounts are not cumulative.

2.2 Interruption and withdrawal from the WOOP! Summer holidays

The Customer may cancel his/her participation in the WOOP! Summer Holidays without cause within 15 days from the date of registration, either in writing by email to akademija@woop.fun or by registered post to the Supplier’s registered office.

If the Customer cancels without a valid reason, 14 days before the booked date, the Supplier reserves the right to charge handling charges equal to the value of the deposit or the deposit (50 €).

The Supplier shall be entitled to payment of the full amount of the programme for the dates for which the Customer has registered to, except in cases where the Customer cancels the dates for justified reasons. Justified reasons are deemed to be due to the occurrence of an event which could not have been foreseen by the Customer. This is an illness/injury for which the Supplier must be provided with an appropriate medical certificate by the Customer. In the event of cancellation for justified reasons, the Customer shall be liable to pay handling charges of 10% of the full price of the programme (€ 25).

In the event that the Supplier is unable, for whatever reason, to ensure that the programme is carried out in the agreed time, he/she shall inform the Customer, refund the amount paid in full orprovide the Customer with the possibility of attending the WOOP! summer holidays on the next available date. The refund of the payment shall be made within 14 days of the written agreement between the Customer and the Supplier.

2.3 Programme and implementation of the WOOP! Summer holidays

WOOP! Summer holidays take place from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, at the WOOP! Fun Park, Leskoškova cesta 3, WOOP! Arena, Moskovska ulica 10 and WOOP! karting and Glow golf Centre, Moskovska ulica 10.

Participation in the WOOP! summer holidays is subject to a signed Liability waiver at the reception desk. At the same time, the Customer is obliged to sign a form upon arrival and departure each day, which is kept by the Supplier to keep a record of the attendance of all participants. By signing, the Customer guarantees that the child has come in on the day of signing or has been collected from the WOOP! Summer holiday programme.

Timetable of the day during the WOOP! summer holidays:

  • 7:30 to 8:00: arrival,
  • 8:15 to 9:00: breakfast,
  • 9:00 to 12:30: morning activities,
  • 12:30 to 13:30: lunch,
  • 13:30 to 15:30: afternoon workshops,
  • 15:30 to 15:45: afternoon snack,
  • 15:45 to 17:00: departure.

During the morning and afternoon activities, various programmes are held at all three locations (WOOP! Fun park, WOOP! Arena, WOOP! Karting and Glow golf centre).

The Supplier reserves the right to change the programme and the number of activities that children take part in. The weekly programme depends on/adjusts to the number of participants.

Complaints and comments regarding the morning and afternoon activities are accepted by the Supplier 24 hours after the service has been provided, accompanied by a receipt and a written explanation. Subsequent complaints shall be disregarded and no refund shall be made on the basis of the latter. Similarly, in the event of a subsequent complaint the payment due shall not be time-barred.
